LIC Policy premium ECS deducted on a different date than due date

LIC Provides An ECS benefits to their customers.In ECS Customers can easily pay premium on monthly basis and they are free from burden of paying huge amount.You can choose comfortable dates for ECS deduction from your account as per below.If you have activated ECS  or direct debit on your lic policy, the amount for your policy premium will be deducted a different date from your policy due date in most of the cases. If the due date of your policy falls between 1st and 7th of any calendar month, your account will be debited on 8th of the month. If your policy due date falls between 8th and 15th of the month, account will be debited on 15th of the same month.   1. I like to know term insurance plans available with LIC for a period of 25 years with Sum assured 15,20 or 25 lakhs whuich is having cheaper premium so as to get it attached for a housing loan

    I am planning to take Jeven Amulya Plan.
    I am 30yrs old, Can you please clarify me below two things
    1. Is it Good for me to take this policy.
    2. What are all the death causes will cover under this policy? is normal death also covered under this policy? Please share list of death causes it will cover?
